I made Spiedies sandwiches on Fox TV today. They are really cool sandwiches that you marinate the chicken and then grill, then put into a bun and then eat. Thanks to Andrea for the inspiration. www.Fox13now.com for the video.

It is so fun to give guests a WOW when they get their shakes. Today a large family group ordered 15 shakes and we had then finished 3 minutes after they gave us their money. (We were working on them as they ordered them). It was awesome to see them be so amazed that we had that many shakes down so quickly and so beautifully. Great job everyone who helped make that WOW.

It is finally spring! The snow is finally gone and the grass is really green. Remember to get your tickets to Thomas the Tank. He and his friends are coming to Heber on Memorial Weekend. He is a full sized train and the kids get to ride in the cars behind him. Tons of fun especially if your kids love trains.
I would love some feed back as to what to put on this blog. specials or the recipes from TV?? Let me know.

Wild Few Weeks

We had a group from the Travel Channel come in this week and Film the Home of the Train. Sometime next fall, Dairy Keen will be featured on the Travel Channel for probably about two minutes as something to do in the Heber Valley along with Zermatt and a couple other things around Heber.

We also have been supporting Wasatch County School District with "Train a Teacher" and have had huge success! Where the community has come out and supported the students. We have donated thousands to support the local school district and students!
